Control how your data is handled in Froggy TV
Privacy-First Design
Froggy TV is designed with privacy as a core principle. We don't collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data remains on your Apple TV device.
Data Management Options
Clear App Cache
Froggy TV caches emote images and other assets locally for performance.
- 1Open Froggy TV on your Apple TV
- 2Navigate to Settings
- 3Look for "Clear Cache" in the Debug section
- 4Select to remove all locally cached data

Complete App Reset
Remove all Froggy TV data from your device.
- 1Go to Apple TV Home Screen
- 2Navigate to Settings → General → Manage Storage
- 3Find Froggy TV in the list of apps
- 4Select "Delete App" to remove all data
- 5Reinstall from App Store if desired
Subscription Management
Froggy TV Premium
Manage your subscription through Apple's services.
- 1On your Apple TV, go to Settings
- 2Select Users & Accounts → [Your Account]
- 3Choose Subscriptions
- 4Find Froggy TV Premium in your subscriptions list
- 5Cancel or modify your subscription there
We don't have direct access to manage subscriptions — all management must be done through Apple's systems.
Third-Party Service Controls
To manage your experience with Twitch content:
- Use Twitch's built-in chat moderation tools for chat control
- Block or report users directly through Twitch's systems
- Manage your Twitch account preferences on twitch.tv
